COMPLAINT INTRODUCTION

The general question department will reply in 5 working days, which will be extended appropriately. The answer in this column is a kind of guiding opinion which has no legal effect. Specific problems should be solved through legal channels (litigation, reconsideration, letters and visits, etc.).
